Valentines day Brownies :)

Marbled Red Velvet Cheesecake Brownies

Yield: 16 hearts

ingredients:

Red Velvet Layer:
3 1/4 cups flour
2 1/4 cups granulated sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3 large eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon red food coloring
2 teaspoons white vinegar
2 tablespoons milk
Cheesecake Layer:
2 8oz packages cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla

directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13 x 18 jelly roll pan with butter or spray with Baker's Joy.
In large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Set aside. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, red food coloring, and white vinegar.
Combine the dry and wet ingredients, until completely combined. The batter will be a really thick, almost moldable texture...but don't worry, that's what you want. Remove 3/4 cup of the batter and place it in a medium bowl. Whisk in the 2 tablespoons of milk (into the 3/4 cup of batter you just took out). Set aside the 3/4 cup batter.
Pour the remaining batter into the prepared jelly roll pan. Using a spatula, smooth out the batter to reach all the edges.
Now, in your stand mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy, about 2 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla, beating until combined and there are no lumps. Pour the cream cheese mixture on top of the red velvet layer and smooth mixture till it reaches all the edges.
Drop spoonfuls of the remaining red velvet batter (that you mixed with milk) onto the top of the cheesecake layer. Drag the tip of a knife through the red velvet and the cheesecake layers to create swirls.
Bake for 30 minutes, rotating half way through, or just until the center is set and it no longer jiggles. Let cool completely on a wire rack before cutting. Use a medium sized heart cookie cutter to create the perfect Valentine's Day treat!

what's the point really

Well I'm feeling down again and I don't want to burdened anyone with my problems so here I go.

I went to jasmine's class yesterday. I cried. But not a lot.

She wwas telling is about auditions.

She made me realize something

I'm never going to use dance

I'm not good enough for a company. And I don't think I would be good enough for college classes so what's the point. I would hate being a dance teacher so there is no career choice.

She made me realize a lot. Like how I don't work as hard as I can. Or how I would suck at auditions.

She also made me realize that I shouldnt do the talent show. I would make fool of myself. A complete fool.

And today, mom said: you aren't doing your exercises are you. You've given up

So I basically told her yes. Because I have.

there is no way i could ever fix my back.

Reasons:

I'm almost finished growing

Doctor froggley is a good chiropractor but there isn't much he can do

The type of scoliosis is one that doesn't react well to therepy, because of the ribcage.

How I'm feeling.

Like a piece of crap.

I really want to die.

remedy:

Listen to other peoples problems so I can see that people have it worse than me. And so I will stop pitying myself

Emily

This Emily is amazing.

She is one of my role models.
She's gorgeous.
She is athletic.
She is talented, dedicated, religious, gorgeous (yes I already said that.) and she so much more.

So she posted on her blog, something I want to do.

She made a list of things she's going to accomplish this year. Not really goals, but sorta goals.

And here we go.

I will be happier.

I will get all A's on my report card.

I will sing, as the best of my abilities.

I will not compare myself to everyone.

I will finish my freshman year

I will be the best in my studio.

I will work on piano.

I will finish my homework, on time, all the time.

I will pray more often

I will finish the Book of Mormon

I will be more daring

I will make more friends

I will place, in every single event I run, at Alpine days.

I will support my friends, where ever they go for High school.

I will look at colleges.

I will get my permit.

I will not commit suicide

I will get a job.

I will dance till I break. (not too hard)

That's all for now.
A lot to do for the next year.
It's a good challenge :)

Just for memories...

Black(Blueish/Black) is Me and Him
Blue is Friends/Me and Him
Green is Joelle and Him

-I'm bored (don't say it)
-hmm I wonder why... haha well I'm not
-You shouldn't glaot. It's not lady like.
-Who says I'm lady like?
-Me.
-You obviously haven't seen me on a normal day
-I haven't seen you on any days. Except for when we were ice skating.
-That was one time
-Well that's what I'm basing my judgement on,
-That's quite prejudice don't you think? To stereotype one's personality based on a single event? ;)
-Would you prefer I guess without using any prior knowledge?
-No but I am slightly hinting/implying that one should get to know another better before judging ones personality.
-Okay.... I'm not quite sure where to go with that.
-Sorry (: That was my friends.....
-Why are you sorry?
-Because they are strange
-Okay. You must be talking about Noelle.
-No, no it's close. Joelle
-I'm confused
-I have a friend named Joelle and I have a friend named Noelle
-Okay... Are you mocking me?
-Nope but Joelle is insulted
-Okay. I'm sorry....
-She says she doesn't forgive you.
-She'll live
-She's offended and says she doesn't like you
-Again, she'll live
-She says you need to work on your manners and politeness and gentlemanlyness
-Tell her she should be nicer to confused people, and perhaps a bit more tolerant.
-She says to stay in California and you should be nicer to strangers.
-She's one to talk
-She's thinking of something really insulting.
-Okay....
-You're a cotton-headed ninny-muggins
-Said the liar.
-How is it that you can be so insulting
-Practice
-And now she asks if you are jealous of her insulting skills.
-Nope.
-And now she's gone.
-BOOM
-:-)
-Whoops. But Okay?
-Did I just blow your mind?!
-Sure...?
- Ha! I knew it!
-Sure you did :)
-Of course I did. I'm psychic, know know ;)
-Amazing. Haha
-Don't make fun of gifted individuals
-I wasn't trying to be mean, when did you find out that you were psychic?
-You're no fun, you know that. I'm not psychic, just bored.
-That's a big surprise(note the sarcasm) so what did you do that was fun today?
-Play games on my new Ipod touch
-Fun stuff
-Yep. Totally. So what did you do?
-I went ice skating
-Fun. did you trip and fall? Because you didn't do a lot of that the last time I saw you ice skating.
-Nope! But I did learn how to spin.
-Show off
-You know it. Besides you can at least skate. Thats for than I can say for most of my friends (:
-Just because I can skate densest' mean I can skate well.
-You can always learn :)
-But do I want to?... That's the real question.
-I don't see why not
-Because I'm lazy
-Goodness gracious... so how long are you in California for?
-We get back on Sunday. After a long drive home. :(
-That's not fun... I don't like driving long distances...
-Me neither
-What kinda games do you have on your itouch?
-Not many. Fruit ninja, cube runner, chess, checkers, etc.
-I love fruit Ninja!
-Me too!
-Well I'm going to sleep. Night!
-Night! :)

Yeah... that last one^^^ was him. :)

kinda obsessed?

So. As most of the world knows, I have a gigantic crush on this guy. Wont say his name because it makes it that much more real. Plus anyone who doesn't know, doesn't need to.

I have his number and I text him a lot.

He says the most infuriating things!!!

For example:

Okay!

Yes, yes it is

Yup

That's my line

(Followed by)  theif/meanie

Sure

Apples

But I really like texting him.

Its weird that I know he loves his video games.

He likes the color orange

His favorite song is a composition for star wars (no surprise there...)

The loves the rain as much as I do

He can actually skate on ice. Better than most 14 year old boys.

I saw him a couple saturdays ago. December 17. (I'm not that creepy as to mark which days I see him, I just remember because Noelle messed up the date even though it was in text in front of her.) Anyway. We went ice skating with a couple of friends.

Zach was talking to me and he was saying how 'He' was disappointed that he couldn't see me skate. Zach wouldnt leave me alone because he was trying to convince me that 'He' was in love with me.

I regret ever telling Zach.

Stupid boys.

So we skate around and I try to ignore Zach and amanda's 'suggestions to go talk to him.

Zach claims 'He' was too shy to try to talk to me. I can't rememeber exactally but I think Zach said the if I talked to him it would make him happy.... I can't remember.... oh well. It was something along those lines

So now he's in California, San Francisco California.

Lucky him

I know I shouldn't make a big deal out of this but I'm going to anyway because who seriously would read this?

Wait for it...

He texted me first!

It gets better...

TWICE!!!!

Better yet....

IN ONE DAY!!!!

(imagine me jumping with joy on the inside)

So yeah.

It's exciting for me.

And he was texting something and I told him

Don't be mean hypocrite -jokingly

Then he said

Don't take what I say offensively

And I said

I don't (:

I just thought it was cute so yeah....

That's the jist of my obsession for now

Remember, boys are stupid

temple square lights

We went to salt lake and I was sorely disappointed.

The lights were saddening.

So less lights than last year.

But I got a pretty dang cool picture of the temple. With a phone. Yup.

And then we met the guy with the bag pipes. We gave him hugs.

It was freezing.
